We recommend staying at the same location as our planned event. By staying on-site, you have the greatest opportunity for networking as well as ease of travel. We understand travel and events are of great concern during these uncertain times. We have thoroughly studied the National CDC guidelines as well as the state of Texas guidelines for safe COVID travel and event management. We will be adhering to the strictest guidelines offered by both authorities' as well as offering non-travel alternative for this event. 
If the state of Texas requires a lock-down during the planned event, we will continue to offer the event by way of livestream. We are not responsible for any type of refunds on travel or hotels as those will be the responsibilities of the ticket holder. We will have the agenda fully livestreamed in this event
All live tickets will require a waiver to be signed at the time of registration.
